When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.


Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Concierges. It's On Concierge reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. It's On Concierge also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.

Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from It's On Concierge again, just sign up as you did the first time and It's On Concierge will start sending messages to you again.

As you desire to know locations far and wide, to better immerse yourself in each amazing location, we want to provide you with the option to work directly with local concierges who truly know the local scene beyond what any travel can grasp in their short visits!

That said, It’s On Concierge gives to you direct contact with those concierges and does not personally refer any listed or suggested products. It’s On Concierge only list and shares, through this website and various social media platforms,  the products offered by our established concierge partners, and we leave the decisions to the customer, you, to decide which concierge you are most comfortable working with in fulfilling your dream vacation!
Payments:

All payments are made on the 3rd party suppliers payment system or the payment gateway of their systems or the concierge companies managing the Bookings. It’s On Concierge does not take, make or mitigate any payments or refunds. Please contact the product hosting company or the concierge company if a payment was made directly to a concierge service.
Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made directly with the supplier of each product, and must be done in accordance to the policy of the supplier or specifics noted by the concierge who’s page you have used to Book. Customers are fully responsible for arriving to departure destination on time. See your event details, receipt or contact the hosting company of the product Booked for all times and locations. NO Refunds on Specials or Promotions once items have been Booked. The individual concierges of It's On Concierges website may lists limited details with each product, but it is up to the customer to get full details of the product supplier’s policies directly from the product supplier.
Disclosure:

Risks of all adventures, places to stay and all attraction activities are the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the responsible party of any minors who partake in each product Booked or recommended through this website. All providers, the companies providing each adventure, place to stay and attraction activities, have their own policies and procedures and must be respected by all customers engaging in said products. It is the sole responsibility of each customer to read or request the policies and disclosures of each provider and make their own decisions prior to Booking any product through this website.

The world is full of surprising events, both natural and human made, that can cause delays and/or cancellations. You should always be prepared for any possible changes made by the product hosting company you have Booked with on how they decide if and when something will be delayed or cancelled (see your selected Booking for details as to what their policy states). The product suppliers and/or associate companies or designated employees of said companies reserve the right to change or cancel any adventures, places to stay or attraction activities due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or anything else listed on the providing companies policies. It’s On Concierge has no control or involvement in mitigating any cancellations with any associated companies. We respect all suppliers decisions on making sensible choices over making money.
Agreement:

All participating parties agree to release It’s On Concierge, its owners, members, agents or other employees from any liability incurred during participation in any Booking facilitated through listed concierges, product companies, properties, transportation vehicles, guides or anything else associated with the use for fulfilling any Booking or promotion offered through this website or other sources of promotion.

 By using this website you acknowledge having read all above, or have translated a copy in your native language to read, and have shown or provided a copy for all participants. I and all participating parties understand and agree to the terms listed above.
